Our 25th Class reunion is rapidly approaching us so I wanted to pass on some information so everyone can make plans to attend. I would also like to take this time to thank Donna (Finn) Wiley as she has put in a lot of time in coordinating the activity. There has been others involved but Donna has been our focal point, so big thanks to Donna!!!!

Sat., July 24th @ the Robinson Clubhouse

We will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and all the fixings; everyone is asked to BYOB (bring your own beverages) and desserts (optional).

-Start arriving around11:30am
-Lunch will be ready btwn 12:30-1pm
-The pool and baseball fields will be open to the public
-We are trying to set up a tour of our old Jr High and High School buildings, and possibly the new High School (for those who are interested)

-Cover Charge: $10 adults - $5 children (under 18) covers the cost of the bldg. (plus deposit), food, decorations, music, etc.

Location Hi Friends! Just a note to fill in some details for our reunion weekend that is quickly approaching! Julie Stillwagon Renken has made arrangements for us to get into the football game Friday night, Nov. 7th and is working on having a section reserved for The Class of '88. She has also arranged a tour of the new high school for Saturday the 8th at 10:30am. It won't quite be the same as the halls we used to roam, but it will be nice to see the progress RHS has made. Julie is also in the process of securing a park (probably in the Hewitt area) for a brown bag picnic type lunch for you and your family. More details on that when we have a definite spot. Thank you so much Julie for helping!!! We are still working on a spot for dinner Saturday night. I think I have explained to everyone that I am not a fancy kind of person, so I hope no one is disappointed. Let's just get together and have a good time! Bring yearbooks, pictures, etc! We are still missing quite a few people. If anyone can help with calling, I would appreciate it. Hope all our Houston area folks are doing ok after the Hurricane. Dear Robinson Class of 1987 Classmate,



I hope this email finds everyone well. Believe it or not it’s been 20 years since we were all together, walking across the stage, all prepared for life’s challenges. Well its time to get together again and reminisce on old times and catch up on the in between.



I just wanted to take a moment a give you the latest on our 20 yr class reunion. We have started a reunion committee to try and contact/find members of our class and plan our 20 year reunion. We had originally looked at the first weekend in June for our reunion but this appeared to be a bad time for a lot of people with vacations, graduation, weddings, etc. So, we have finalized the date for Saturday, Oct 13th for the reunion date.

Although the details are still sketchy right now the plan is: (1) Meet Friday night (Oct 12th), at the Robinson vs. Connally football game (at Robinson) (for those who can make it). We will try to have a section for the Class of '87. Bring your whole family. (2) Saturday, Oct 13th, time and place TBD, have a short 2 hr get together for the whole family (kids, grandkids, great grandkids, etc). (3) Saturday Night, Oct 13th, 7 pm - ???, Looks like Georges Banquet Hall, Official 20 yr Class Reunion. It will be catered.



Although it's 6 months away, we have a lot of work to do. We still have a lot of missing classmates that we need your help finding.

We have used classmates.com, reunion.com, the internet, and the Robinson Alumni page to track down most of you. (I highly recommend signing in to the new Robinson Alumni Page. It has just been revamped and is a great site where you can keep in contact with everyone. Check it out at http://robinsonhs.alumniclass.com/index.php ). The missing classmates are people who we have not been in contact with or the address and phone number we found is no longer any good. We know a lot of these people are still around the area, we just need an email to keep them informed and updated. If you know the whereabouts of anyone on this list, have them get in contact with one of us (email addresses are at the bottom) and /or forward this email to them.

Almost everyone I have talked to or emailed is excited about coming, so I think we will have a really high turnout.



Some things in the works: You probably got an email from Ross Jones. Ross and Rachael (Robertson) Rogers will be working on getting photos (past and present) for a slide show to be presented at the reunion. Please send photos to Ross by email or mail. We are attempting to do most of the information updates and RSVP through email, if someone you know doesn't have an email address we can keep them in contact with a mailing but we need to get their contact information. Please keep us updated of your latest email address. We are shooting for a cost of $30 per person/ $60 per couple to cover all expenses (don't send any money now, we will incorporate this with an RSVP form). We are also looking into room rates at local hotels to provide you with that information should you not have family local and need a place to stay.



Input.....Send us any suggestions for the reunion, if possible we will try to incorporate good ideas and trash the bad ones (haha). We are also looking at putting together a contact list. If you don't want your information given out please let us know. If you are interested in helping out and being on the reunion committee let us know also. We are looking for any and all help to make this a memorable event for every one. I have enjoyed getting in touch with a lot of you, it's been a long time since most of us have talked. If I haven't talked to you, send me an email and let me know what you have been up to.
