Pricing for the hotel will be:
$149.00 per night.
That rate is good from July29th through August 3rd for those of you who would like to extend your stay.

The Friday Night (7/31/09) plans are still to be determined. It is likely to be some type of Happy Hour. We do know it will be an inside venue so we do not have to worry about the weather.

Saturday Night (8/1/09) will be the Main Event taking place at the Hotel. Dinner will be served at this event & there will also be a cash bar. When we have more details we will get those to you as well.

Pricing that is listed for the event is as follow:
$119.00 includes both Friday & Saturday Nights events
$105.00 is the cost if you choose to attend Saturday Night Only

For anyone interested in hotel accomodations, the DoubleTree Guest Suites Hotel is fabulous. Every room has a seperate bedroom with a king or 2 queens and a living area with a sofa sleeper. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, marble baths, Plasma TV's, high speed internet, and dining areas.
