We are having a VERY casual 25-year reunion the last weekend in July (July 27-28th, 2007). On Friday night, we're going to go to a restaurant/sports bar in town ('Fox and Hound' and have our cocktail hours(s) there. We're planning on staying at Westward Look as they are having a $99/night special, which INCLUDES a $25 credit to any Westward Look restaurant of your choice, kids under 17 eat for free off of the kid's menu, the $12 resort fee, and taxes, so it's a GREAT deal! We are not informing them that we are holding a reunion there as we are not using any of their ballrooms, conference rooms, etc. So, if you call to make a reservation, just tell them that you want the "$99 Family Value Package."
After the get-together at 'Fox and Hound' on Friday night, we are planning to go back to Westward Look, hang out, party, and so on. We will be staying there on Saturday night as well, but we are not planning any type of event, per se. We're hoping that people will take advantage of the great prices and stay Saturday night as well because we'll get to continue hanging out with each other and catching up on our lives. So, while there will not be a formal (i.e. sit-down dinner, cocktail party, etc.) event planned, we still will be getting together on Saturday night. During the day on Saturday, we plan on relaxing by the pool and just having a great time together.

Sorry about the short notice, but we've all been SO busy and time just flew by. When we put together our 10 and 20-year reunions, it took a good year or so to plan them; hence, the very casual agenda for this one. It'll be nice for everyone to relax though, I'm sure that we all can use that! We decided to put together an impromptu 25th reunion because some people were inquiring about it and were disappointed that we weren't going to have one. We wanted to get together with everyone as well, so we decided to get a reunion/get-together arranged as quickly as possible. The weekend we selected works out best because it's before kids go back to school, so at least that variable will not be in the equation.
We hope to see you there! Please email me and let me know if you plan on attending. Also, I'll need to know if you plan on staying at Westward Look because we're going to request a block of rooms in a specific area, so we need an idea of how many people will be staying there.
